Vertex’s End-to-End Environmental Services

Vertex has successfully navigated sites through the full assessment sequence, including initial ESAs, Delineation ESAs, and the remediation of impacted material. Since entering this service strand, we have completed over 5,000 initial ESAs, 1,000 Delineation Site Assessments, and over 400 site remediation projects. Vertex understands the local, state, county, and federal regulatory requirements necessary to complete and document assessment results related to liability management. This includes identifying potential contaminant sources in an initial ESA, characterizing and delineating potentially impacted material to develop remedial volume estimates in a Delineation ESA, and developing appropriate and cost-effective remediation strategies. We are well-versed in both ASTM and CSA standards for ESAs, including Phase I, II, and III ESAs. Our assessments can follow a structured standards approach or be tailored to meet specific regulatory requirements.
